1.Take time out to understand what is stressing you out
2. Find a sport or hobby where you can release some energy
3. Communicate with the person/employee who is stressing you out
4. Don’t rush, pace yourself
5. Sleep earlier
6. Eat better
7. If a task is too big for you to handle, ask for a helping hand
8. Prioritize Your tasks, Concentrate on one job at a time
9. Don’t let people take advantage of you
10. If bills are stressing you out, find ways to cut some expenses down
11. Remember laughter is good for you, don't take everything too seriously
12. If you have too much on your mind, start writing things down on paper
13. If your partner is stressing you out, speak to him/her
14. If you are not understanding what you are studying, seek help from a friend or classmate
15. Learn how to say NO
16. Learn how to decline invitations
17. Meditate
18. Exercise
19. Make Love not War
20. Learn to forgive, move on
21. Play music that you love and turn up the volume (just remember your neighbors are sleeping if its at 4am)
